If you took the vicious, rage-filled early works of High on Fire, eliminated the thrashier elements and made a pure doom album of the result, you'd likely get this incendiary exhalation as a damn satisfying final product. EDIT: Just too damn good. Had to get it on vinyl too!

Fans of "The Gates of Slumber" behold! This is like a bastard child of TGOS and Grand Magus with the voice of Matt Pike (if he could sing) Some serious swedish melody included, so be forwarned. Only flaw -> one or two more songs would have been great!
